VIP Terms and Conditions

The VIP Rewards Program is not guaranteed and may be modified, revoked, or canceled at any time. If you reside in a state in which we do not provide services, you will be ineligible for the program. The program is only available to the account holder and points may not be transferred to any other party. If we modify the VIP Rewards Program terms and conditions, we will notify you via email with a link to the new policy. You may opt out of the program at any time by contacting feedback@birchlending.com.

The lender may discontinue the Rewards Program in regard to any account in their sole discretion if they have reason to believe that any account holder is not exercising good faith in adhering to the rules and governing terms of the Program.

One account per customer. For every one dollar paid on time, you will receive one VIP Reward point. For every additional dollar paid toward the principal balance of your loan, you will receive two VIP Rewards points. VIP Rewards account holders may only earn points on successful payments. No points will be earned for loan transfers or unsuccessful payments. Points earned are rounded to the lowest whole point. For example, an on-time payment of $100.49 equals 100 points. An on-time payment of $100.50 equals 101 points. VIP Rewards account holders must have a minimum of 100 available points in order to redeem them.

Points can be redeemed as a credit toward the principal owed of your outstanding loan or they can be applied toward the repayment of outstanding principal on subsequent future loans. Points can only be redeemed in denominations of $1. Rewards points expire two years to the date after they are acquired. Only accounts in good standing may redeem points. One VIP Reward point is equal to $0.01 credit. Rewards points credit value is at the sole discretion of the lender and may be changed at any time.

After a successful payment toward the principal owed on the loan, please allow up to six business days for any VIP Rewards points earned to appear in your account. After redeeming VIP rewards points, please allow up to three business days for your account to reflect the credit redemption and the new loan payment installment schedule.
